The whole computer does not work

Please give more information to determine the problem.

When you turn the computer on what happens?

• Nothing, no lights come from the computer and I cannot hear the fans spinning
• The power light comes on and the fans spin but nothing is displayed on the monitor
• The monitor comes on but I get an error message and cannot do anything else
• The computer starts up but reboots itself before I can do anything
